Red Dog Communications sharpened up their knife skills, as they ran an intimate press day for Ziganof-Knives at the home of Jean-Christophe Novelli; ‘Luton on Sea’ as he calls it, about 15 minutes from Luton Parkway to us.
The day launched the new Jean-Christophe Novelli Signature Range of Ziganof-Knives, and Jean-Christophe himself taught us how to make Christmas dinner mouth watering cocoa gravy, as well as showing press essential knife skills and even how to use the sharpest knives on the market to make beautiful decorations out of fruit and vegetables. Who knew you could make flowers out of carrots? There was also a masterclass in how to look after and sharpen your knives and an introduction to Ziganof-Knives as a brand.
The day was a lot of fun and a big success, with lifestyle journalists from Stuff, Fabulous, The Economist – Intelligent Life, Good Housekeeping and All About You coming along, as well luxury titles such as La Dolce Vita, The Arbuturian and Quintessentially and food titles such as Delicious, Eat In Magazine and the Good Food Channel.
